About me

About Me

Since childhood, I had a strong obsession to see the world. Since my Mom was Polish, she took me on trips back to her homeland and to France visiting family. From there my obsession only grew. And Five years ago, my adult international journey started in Thailand. Traveling by myself gave me a massive amount of confidence! Now, I cannot stop, refuse to stop. Constantly, I find myself dreaming of the next city and the next adventure. As soon as I planned and booked one trip, I am dreaming of the next destination. This beautiful world is large, with thousands of journeys to take. Life is precious and taught me that not one second is to be taken for granted. We are never guaranteed the next minute. I do not make excuses and not waiting on retirement to start traveling.

As I dream about becoming a full time traveler, I am doing the happy dance just thinking about it.  Currently I live in California, as a Travel Nurse. ( A travel nurse is a contracted nurse that travels the country helping hospitals with shortages. A typical contract is thirteen weeks.) I travel Internationally between assignments. I enjoy all my passions Photography, Traveling and Nursing.  This blog will be about all three.

Why I do this

As a visual storyteller, I don't just love one area of photography I love them all! I plan on showing a wide variety of photographic projects I will be working on. Future projects include travel, food, people and Fine Arts. With new photography, new trips and stories, adventures from both on and off the road, I am starting this blog with a fresh view.

Having fallen in love with photography in high school, my camera has been attached to my hip since then. Rarely do I go out without one whether, it be my iPhone, my Nikon or my brand new Fuji mirrorless.
I work to travel and am ready to see the world. To date, I have visited 33 countries and counting. In my wildest dreams I cannot imagine doing anything else. Here's hoping to see you on the road.
